My name is Chuy. As a digital artist specializing in 3D stylized environments, I love bringing worlds to life with my creative vision and technical skills.
My passion for game development and graphic design allows me to explore a wide range of ways to express my creativity.
Other hobbies include photography, animation, video editing, motion graphics, and when I’m not creating in the digital realm, you’ll likely find me tending to my garden, embracing my love for nature.
Creative Worlds.
This has been the most challenging and satisfying project I have worked on. I guess it’s because it has all been an act of love to my inner child, creating a magical world to get lost in like so many games did for me when I was growing up.
I was responsible for all aspects of the creation process from game design and writing to concept art, modeling, texturing, dynamic materials, rigging, animations, blueprints, landscape material, world composition, lighting, sounds and more.
All of the skills I have learned throughout my life have come together in this project to create something to celebrate life, reconnect with nature, and become a co-creator with the universe.
Breathing life into a world brings me indescribable joy and that’s why I love being an Artist.
World Design
World Design breathes life into landscapes, infusing them with the gentle rustle of leaves in the breeze. A vibrant world is more than just its physical form; it is a symphony of color, light, and atmosphere, where every hue and shadow tells a story of its own.
Unreal Engine is not just a tool; it is a gateway to boundless creativity, a realm where imagination becomes reality.
Beautiful Nature
Nature’s beauty envelops us, weaving a tapestry of shapes, colors, and hues that harmonize to form intricate ecosystems. From the towering majesty of trees to the delicate petals of flowers, the rugged strength of rocks to the graceful sway of plants, each element plays its part in the world of Hello, Earth.
Character Design
Character design is one of the most fun and challenging parts of developing a game’s style. I aimed to capture the essence of the world I envisioned, making it fun, stylized, chunky and a bit charming.
Props n’ Things
My work involved designing and modeling everything from vehicles and intricate tools to realistic furniture and scenery, bringing the virtual world to life.
Modeling, rigging, texturizing, dynamic materials, and blueprint scripting ensure each prop is not only visually appealing but also functional and cohesive within the game’s aesthetic look.
